Description :The Galos are largely distributed in the hills arround east and west of Siang district in Arunachal Pradesh. Their villages are often situated near the river and the site with a considerable height on the spur of the hills. The house is made of wood, bamboo or grasses. The house stand on slits of bamboo or wooden poles strenghened with numerous crossed wooden planks in its base. The house is well demarcated into space for the male and female members of the family.
