Description :Present paper is the practice to save and aware the peoples for saving the our past tradition and cultural inheritance because folk-music has played a major role in the evolution of Indian classical music. The elements of Laya and Tala play a significant role in many folk songs. Tala is the rhythm which is performed in the folk music.
