Description :This is the second of a series of three articles by Ashok D. Ranade addressed to certain conceptual problems in the study of music. In this paper he discussed about the performance and peripherals of music. Performance is a physical manifestation of an intent to concertize a coordinated, predetermined, psycho-physical and action-oriented design and peripheral means that which is superficial or located in the outer region of vision.
