Description :This paper, based on the discussion on the entire history of the growth and development of theatre in the western zone and its present day problems that have in-house in professional theatres. Through this paper sheds some light on the important role of theatres in peoples life and motivate the pupils for serving the nation as the medium of creative activity, aesthetic expression and informal education.
