But with the recent upsurge to open innovation, and open access to science movement; free and open exchange of ideas is becoming common. The main focus of Science and Technological studies is to unravel its mechanism. But Advance Nations often organize their current scientific advancement in triple helix structure. This triple helix includes academy, industry and government. Both industry and government normally promote secrecy unless open access is prioritized. Globalization has promoted open access to a great extent. The transition from industrial capitalism to knowledge based economy has created a murky atmosphere for open access. Publication business one of the key sources of scientific advancement has also shown some transition from closed ended to open ended approach to knowledge dissemination.
