In this article also describing about the theatre criticism in Marathi. Theatre criticism in Maharashtra dates back to a hundred and fifty years In order to understand the nature of this criticism. Marathi theatre in its careet of some 150years has responded to new challenges and thrown out new branches on the way. Style, substance, themes have changed-and are changing-along with changes in society. These are times for the critic to take stock of the new developments, explore new horizons, and affirm the meaningful in theatre.
